You agree to use these tools only for content you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use, and to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platform (including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and others). You agree not to use the Service to infringe copyright or other rights. We are a tool provider and do not host, review, or endorse the content you process.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your content, including any third-party rights or platform-terms claims.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
